Construction Progress

Progress documentation that lines up, visit after visit

Since 2014 we have flown construction sites across Northeastern Pennsylvania for general contractors, developers, universities, hospitals and energy projects. Every flight follows the same positions and angles, so each visit lines up with the last and progress is easy to compare.

What you get

• Dated aerial photo sets from fixed positions and angles
• Overhead and oblique progression video
• Orthomosaic maps and 3D models when the site needs a full top-down view
• Marketing-ready footage from the same visits

How it works

1. We agree the positions, angles and schedule with you: weekly, bi-weekly or monthly.
2. We fly the site on schedule and reschedule when weather grounds a flight.
3. You receive the photos and video from each visit.
4. At closeout we cut the whole build into a single progression video.

Who uses it

General contractors and construction managers reporting to owners, developers and lenders following a build, owner’s representatives, and capital project teams at universities, hospitals and municipalities.

Questions

Are you licensed and insured?

Yes. Our pilots fly under FAA Part 107 and Access Aerial carries commercial drone insurance. Ask us for insurance details for your project file.

How often should a site be flown?

It depends on the pace of the job. Weekly or bi-weekly flights suit active phases; monthly flights suit slower stretches. We set the schedule with you at the start and adjust it as the job moves.

Can you fly near airports or in controlled airspace?

Yes, when the FAA authorizes it. We handle the airspace authorization as part of planning the job.

Can we use the footage for marketing?

Yes. The same flights that document progress produce footage for proposals, websites and social media.
